I have so many self help books after healing from Infidelity and this is one of the best purchases I ever made!Each chapter is right to the point and contains written excercise and you are supposed to read one Chapter per day for 30 days-I have done just that and like how it’s done that way as it gives my brain time to digest each chapter-would buy from this Author again

Clark Bartram really does a great job changing the way you think about yourself and your surroundings. It is well written, in short, concise, chapters, meant to be taken in one day at a time. This format allows you to really think and process through the things you read, and it also includes places to write down thoughts at the end of each chapter, write goals, personal mission statements, etc. Some of the chapters are completely separate from the next, while a series of them tend to build upon the thoughts from the day before. As an individual who often gives in to self doubt and criticism, the insights and encouragement really helped steer my thoughts in the right direction. and I found the photographs to be visually stimulating book as well. Overall, It has been so very helpful, not just in my journey to a healthier person, but also to an all around better individual.
