"We all need this book! Why? Because we all have at least one thing in common “struggles to succeed”. Even historically successful people like Abraham Lincoln and Bill Gates struggled early in their careers. Clark and I have spoken at Juvenile Detention Facilities together many times. Overcoming adversity is one of the common themes of those talks. As we’ve stated many times “sometimes success is just getting back up one more time than you fall down”. I already use a lot of the methods Clark suggests in this book but I will most certainly incorporate some of the other techniques in order to continue to try to be the best version of me that I can be! Bravo to you Clark for helping to shine a positive light for people to follow."

Many people mistakenly believe change is hard…that life is a struggle…that any improvement requires a massive commitment of TIME and EFFORT.
No. Change isn’t hard. What’s hard is continuing to just “get by” in life – feeling physically and mentally drained, emotionally disconnected, and spiritually uninspired.
Change is easy when you have the right tools, the right guide and the right support. Improvement comes naturally, and much faster than you think.
This is an opportunity to invest in yourself and take the steps to claim the life you’ve always dreamed could be yours
Don’t wait any longer to live on your terms.
The title of this book, Where Your Mind Goes, You Go, could not be more true. I have fought myself over my weight all of my life. I had made things so complicated in my mind about why I was fat, depressed, and out of shape that I didn't even need to try, because I knew there was no way I would succeed. That all changed the day I met Clark Bartram and started reading this book. I attribute my ability to not only stay on track, but to become better than I've ever thought possible in all aspects of my life to the simple, common sense approach of this book to training your mind. It's truly a life-changer and a necessity for your personal success during the 60 Day Transformation and beyond.
This is my 2nd time to read "Where Your Mind Goes, You Go". I made the decision when I first bought the book that I would make it a New Year's Tradition Reading on January 1st and have as many team business associates join me as possible... I have so many self help books after healing from Infidelity and this is one of the best purchases I ever made! Each chapter is right to the point and contains written excercise and you are supposed to read one Chapter per day for 30 days-I have done just that and like how it’s done that way as it gives my brain time to digest each chapter-would buy from this Author again
This book is amazing and was the catalyst in me getting my life together . Old mind sets that were hard for me to let go of, were addressed in this book , and I was able to let go of my stinkin thinkin. It's a must read and a wonderful gift !!!
This is a easy to read , biblically based guide to goal setting that will not only help you to renew your faith, it will help you define your goals, your mission and your identity. It refocused my life an it'll refocus yours. Don't pass this one up!
I really enjoyed reading this book. Very inspiring and I learned a lot about myself. I continue to read the book everyday to keep my mind on track. I can't thank Clark enough for putting these life lessons into simple phrases that are truly relatable.
This is a must read! This book is an eye opener in so many aspects and really makes you change your whole outlook on life! Such a positive, uplifting and inspiring person! Thank you!
Clark Bartram really does a great job changing the way you think about yourself and your surroundings. It is well written, in short, concise, chapters, meant to be taken in one day at a time. This format allows you to really think and process through the things you read, and it also includes places to write down thoughts at the end of each chapter, write goals, personal mission statements, etc. Some of the chapters are completely separate from the next, while a series of them tend to build upon the thoughts from the day before. As an individual who often gives in to self doubt and criticism, the insights and encouragement really helped steer my thoughts in the right direction. and I found the photographs to be visually stimulating book as well. Overall, It has been so very helpful, not just in my journey to a healthier person, but also to an all around better individual.
"As a 23 year Veteran of the NFL, especially as a kicker, I understand and appreciate the value of routine, repetition and rituals. Having read Clark’s book it’s very easy to see that he is offering you information that will absolutely affect your life in a positive and impactful way regardless of what you for a living. Many of the principles he shares in Where Your Mind Goes You Go I still use today. I may never again be called on in the fourth quarter to provide the game winning kick, but I do want to remain “clutch” in every other aspect of my life and a solid routine, similar to what Clark suggests, is an excellent way to make that happen."
" I felt as if you were sitting in front of me and talking directly to me. I finished the book in one sitting. You say upfront that all this information is already freely available, but the way you have unpacked and presented it is really innovative. We all need a wakeup call some time in our lives. This book provides just that, an amazing blueprint for getting back on track."
"When you struggle in sports you’re often told to go back to the basics or focus on fundamentals. But what about when you struggle in life? Where Your Mind Goes You Go provides insight for such an occasion. Waking up with intent, purpose and direction each day, even with tasks that seem minuscule, is a great way to get back to the fundamentals of successful habits and mindsets for life."
I’ve known Clark for many years and I’ve always appreciated his no-nonsense approach to life and success. This book however was different. It is not filled with theory, but rather offers a direct plan of action that you can act upon, immediately! In a time, when we are in information overload and our attention span is less than it’s ever been, Clark remedies that by setting you up with what to do right when you wake up – you want to talk about results? You do what he says, when he say’s to do it, and you will break old habits and set yourself up for a life forever (positively) changed!
Your words resonated with me in so many ways and it was as if our stories of struggle are strangely identical, Clark. Thank you for your wonderful work and God Bless, my Brother!
